Great place close to Sudbury! Clean and spacious rooms that are hotel quality. Breakfast included. The WiFi if I remember correctly was a bit spotty but I dealt with it. Kind of funny how the exercise room is literally just a partitioned area off of the breakfast room.

Planned a last-minute trip to Sudbury and found Valley Inn Motel & Suites on Expedia for around $110/night with free parking and complimentary breakfast. I was skeptical at first, but this turned out to be the perfect place to stay in Sudbury! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a nice bathroom. Location is also great—Tim Hortons is right next door for your morning coffee, and all major attractions in Sudbury are within a 15–20 minute drive. Only small improvement I’d suggest is the shower water pressure, but that’s minor compared to the overall value and experience. Friendly staff, convenient location, and great price point—highly recommended!

I needed a place to stop for the night and I was very pleasantly surprised on the size of the room and the quality of the amenities. Very nice

Good location just outside of Sudbury, affordable price & with a decent breakfast included, clean & comfortable rooms, hot shower & good service. Rooms need some updating but still a great deal for the price.

Didn't expect what it was like on the outside. The inside was really nice. Our room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. I would stay here again.

It's a gem in the middle if nowhere. A motel for overnight. The reception was clean, and the host and hostess were pleasant even got a bottle of water for free. The beds were comfortable and room clean and smelled fresh and clean. The AC was extremely noisy, but works the sound of the train in the middle of the night was a gem. I felt I was in a movie. This could easily be in the set of "No country for old men " lots of free parking with a Timmys close by. I still need to check out their free breakfast.

My honest and sincere review about this particular hotel is "Excellento and Exceptional". I've stayed in several hotels, Motels, Service Apartment or villas across the Americas, but this one was the best. Funny thing is that, I did not book this hotel nor knew about it before. The Airlines company (Sudbury Aviation, Ontario) booked it for my stay (in the year of 2008). I was a bit expectical before arriving as I was expecting at least a star hotel. But once entered I was thrilled (love at first sight). Won't forget the word uttered by the owner of "Sudbury Aviation", Capt. Marg Watson, "will change your accommodation if you dislike"! About the location; it's next to the road and beside the railway track. Bus stand is just opposite to the hotel entrance. Guess there are around 70 plus rooms (can't remember exact number) and all are insulated (due to severe cold weather), fantastic, probably better than so called few star hotels. Hotel design is a bit tricky (guess the earlier owner was an Italian, I might be wrong), have a fully running restaurant, coffee bar, laundry (free), gym. Coffee and bread they serve free whenever you visit. Food was mouth-watering and reasonable. Although I had the privilege to have dinner with the owner and their family during my stay. About the dinner; honestly I was hesitant initially but the reply I received was " rehna hain to hameri ssat khana parega (beta khabi ghar aate hain to bahar khate hain keya?), was the exact word. I was not aware of the owner till the time I met them. They are Indians! And the family owns a hotel in New York too. Humble, honest and down to earth; rare to find. Trust me I was overwhelmed with their hospitality and humanity. Due to my profession I had the opportunity to saty many types of hotels before, but this one is the best I hve ever stayed.
